How To Enter
Entry is 100% free, there is no pay-to-play. The entry format is a video, in any of the supported filetypes listed below. If you have a pre-recorded video submission you can simply upload to the site using the video file submission form. If, on the other hand, you would prefer to record a piece to camera, we’ve enabled a webcam submission page for your entry.
All you have to do is use our form at the bottom of this page, or on the dedicated submission page from the top menu. You’ll enter your wow moment story as a video submission supported by a very brief description (up to 650 characters) – we don’t want an essay – we believe your WOW moments can be conveyed much more succinctly and emotionally with verbal and visual cues. With a maximum run time of 4 minutes, you need to show enough information, need and solution for judges to make an informed choice.
Required Entry Data
For your submission, you will need to have ready:
Company Logo: max 600px on the longest side and preferably in .png format with transparency. We recommend uploading a light contrast version of your logo as it will be displayed over a dark background.
Entrants Contact Info: Name, Company Name, Business Email & Telephone
Your choice of Category (up to 3): Take a look at the category list. Be sure each entry is relevant to the category you are submitting to. To be clear: Every video entry can be placed in up to 3 categories.
Brief Description: A 650- max character teaser – outline the goals of your submission and describe why this video is your WOW moment.
Video Submission: Video entry of up to 4 minutes in one of the supported formats (Supported filetypes: .mp4, .avi, .mov, .mkv)
Webcam and Microphone: to record your entry as a piece to camera
This year we are simplifying the entry process for users who don’t readily have a video available, or would find it difficult to otherwise produce a video entry.
If you have a pre-recorded video submission you can simply upload to the site using the video file submission form.
If, on the other hand, you would prefer to record a piece to camera, we’ve enabled a webcam submission page for your entry. On the webcam page you will be asked to enable your webcam and microphone by your web browser, and from there you can record as many takes as you need to get your submission the way you want it, review after each take and either re-record or submit your entry.
We would be more than happy to discuss helping any contenders with a submission, so do get in touch with our production team if you’re looking to produce a professional entry which can serve you beyond the awards. Equally if you have a good script explaining your WOW moments and just want to deliver that to camera, feel free to use the webcam submission.
