Operation Joined Arrows (OJA) worked with FIS' 50 + Strategic Banking Platforms and automated their CI processes. This involved migrating these platforms to CI tools consisting primarily of Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, and Jenkins. FIS partnered with Opus Technologies to optimize processes such as branching strategies to prepare them for Continuous Delivery. Opus supported the OJA team in building an intuitive DevSecOps Maturity Dashboard with drill-down capabilities.
The project provided a common source of truth by using real-time delivery pipeline and improved the cycle time for the apps by over 30%.
